Engineering Manager
Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team. As an Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for team development, project delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers
Conduct regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews
Define team goals and track progress against key metrics
Contribute to hiring and team growth initiatives
Communicate technical needs to stakeholders
Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making
Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Balance business priorities with technical excellence
What We're Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
Strong technical background in backend, frontend, or mobile development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with agile methodologies
Ability to inspire and motivate teams
Problem-solving mindset with focus on impact
Nice To Have
Experience managing remote or distributed teams
Product roadmap planning experience
Experience with OKRs and performance management systems
