Product Leader
Own the product strategy and execution for a defined set of high-priority apps within the portfolio. Lead a team of Product Owners, work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Design, and report directly to the Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain product roadmaps for assigned app portfolio, balancing growth, monetization, and quality objectives
Identify growth opportunities and product-market fit signals across apps at different lifecycle stages
Own the quarterly planning and alignment process with Engineering, AI, and Marketing teams
Manage, mentor, and develop 4–6 Product Owners at Junior and Mid level
Drive product quality across the portfolio — retention, crash rates, store ratings, and user satisfaction
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on user acquisition and monetization
Review and challenge product decisions from the team — feature specs, prioritization rationale, research findings
What We're Looking For
5+ years in Product Management
Data-driven product decision making
2+ years of leading or mentoring product teams
Cross-functional stakeholder management experience
Mobile apps experience (iOS and/or Android)
Understanding of app quality metrics (retention, crash, ANR)
Experience with IAP or IAA monetization models
Nice To Have
Experience in an app studio or multi-product environment
Familiarity with AI-powered product features or AI product development
Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization) or app lifecycle management
Track record of developing junior PMs — coaching, feedback, structured growth plans
Comfortable with ambiguity and operating without a full playbook
