Senior Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop robust backend services and APIs using modern technologies
Build scalable database solutions and optimize query performance
Implement microservices architecture and ensure system reliability
Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams on API specifications
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Participate in architectural decisions and technology evaluations
Monitor and optimize application performance and infrastructure
What We're Looking For
7+ years of backend development experience
Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Node.js, Python, Go, Java)
Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
Experience building scalable APIs and microservices
Solid knowledge of system design, caching, and load balancing
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice To Have
Experience with AI/ML model serving and inference optimization
Kubernetes and containerization experience
Event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience working on mobile app backends
