UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Conduct user research and usability testing
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Collaborate with product and engineering on feature design
Iterate on designs based on feedback and user data
Ensure design consistency across platforms
Participate in design reviews and give constructive feedback
What We're Looking For
4+ years of UX/UI design experience
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience designing for mobile and web applications
Knowledge of interaction design and animation principles
Excellent visual design skills and design sensibility
Ability to communicate design decisions effectively
Nice To Have
Experience with design systems and component libraries
User research and user testing expertise
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards
Motion design and animation skills
Experience with AI-powered products
Data visualization design experience
Basic understanding of front-end technologies
